Following 30 years in the real estate market in Petrópolis, Itaipava and surrounding areas (Mountain Region of Rio de Janeiro), the name of Judice & Araujo Imóveis has become synonymous with respectability, seriousness and professionalism.

Known for its personalized and differentiated attention to customers, in 2003 Judice & Araujo expanded its activities by opening an office in the city of Rio de Janeiro to serve both the local market as well as the seaside resort area of Angra dos Reis.

In 2005 a new opportunity presented itself and the company entered the Búzios property market. In doing so, we are now able to cover the four primary real estate markets in the State of Rio de Janeiro.

Judice & Araujo is now pleased to announce the beginning of a new and innovative affiliation in Brazil with one of the world's foremost respected companies in the market: Christie's Great Estates, a company best known for its longstanding presence in the luxury real estate market. We are proud to be the first Brazilian real estate company to list properties with Christie's Great Estate Magazine.
